At Eatabbly, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. Your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the perishable nature of our products and for strict food safety and hygiene reasons, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. Our General Return Policy

Eligibility for Return: We only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Timeframe for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 7 days

Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. No Returns on Opened Products (Food Safety Policy)

For the safety and health of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any food products that have been opened, tampered with, or where the seal has been broken. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent contamination and ensure the integrity and safety of our food items.

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If there is an issue with an item, it must be reported before it is opened.
3. Damaged or Defective Items

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Photographs of the damaged item(s) and the packaging (if applicable).

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. We may require the return of the damaged/defective item, in which case we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
6. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@eatabbly.in to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and specific return instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
