Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, you must raise a ticket within 5 days from the date of delivery. Additionally, the item must be in its original condition, with the seal intact. Please ensure that the product is unused, unopened and in its original condition and free from any signs of damage or alteration.
Return Process:
If you meet the eligibility criteria, please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. They will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Shipping cost will be incurred by the customer.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned product and have reviewed it for damages and tag verification, we will initiate the refund process. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will reach out to you to obtain your bank details. The refund will be processed through a bank transfer. For other payment methods, refunds will be issued according to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Cancellation Eligibility:
You can cancel your order until it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
